Access: The 1688 Meeting Room and the Penn Room are both on the ground floor and are fully wheelchair accessible. There is a hearing loop system in both rooms. Our other rooms are on the first floor of the building.

 

Equipment: We offer a standard range of equipment, including flip-charts, a data projector, and a screen.  The 1688 Meeting Room is fully equipped for hosting virtual meetings via Zoom, Skype, or a similar platform. 

 

Wireless internet access: There is wireless broadband access throughout the building (though phone reception can vary according to the network used).

 

Catering: We use a local caterer who can provide a variety of hot and cold buffets or light sandwich and fruit lunches. Dietary requirements can be catered for.  We may be able to assist with alternative catering requirements.  A well-equipped kitchen is available for self-catering at a small extra charge.

 

Parking: There is on-site parking for up to 22 cars and more spaces a short walk away.
